drag & drop Stop Loss/Profit

Drag and drop stop loss is working intermittently. I drag to the desired location, and it just disappears. I have to do 6-7 times in a row before it holds. Anyone else encountering this issue?

Drag and drop stop loss is working intermittently. I drag to the desired location, and it just disappears. i am trying to place again but in few sec it disappear. please help. or i need to switch on windows michine? anybuddy help.
