MQL4 Function??

Can someone please tell me if there is a function available in MQL4 called LastTradeTime() ?? It appears to be available in MQLII... I am writing an Expert Advisor and trying to devise a way to ensure that it does not execute multiple trades per bar. Any and all advise is MOST welcome!!
