High download data/low upload data while running EAs

Hi, 

I am currently running 3 EAs on 3 different terminals. All 3 EAs are the same with 8 pairs each. Question is that will the high download data/low upload data affect the order execution as my EAs are all running on M1. Latency is low though.

E.g 22123/18kb

Why do you think “low upload data” would have any effect?
