Because you are using an old version of Windows 10 which prevents you from benefiting of all the features and potential of MT5.

Windows 21H1 is the version from the first half-year of 2021, so, this release is already 2.5 years old, and your computer runs an even older version.

I don't understand why Windows users don't update their system automatically. Running such an old version will become a serious security risk. 

Use Windows update and get the latest updates. It costs nothing, and you benefit from all the new features, including all security updates.
