I don't know exactly how (my Visual Studio 2005 order will probably come by tuesday - till then, plenty of time to study ASP,PHP,&co ). My Yahoo Msnger id is fxeconomist . So we can talk right while developing it.

P.S. It's not the system that's complicated, (we'll have time to develop it after) but this damn 24h/24h app skeleton with website command.

Arnaud, thank you for telling me about xda-developers.com . (I feel my heart is being relieved). I'm starting to believe that it wasn't a bad investment. You check www.vbdotnetheaven.com . Very interesting site. They have there on the PocketPc section an app that read quotes from www.nasdaq.com. That's a point to start from.
