I purchased an indicator, installed it and now my platform is freezing!

I purchased an indicator and even though it is not on my chart the platform is freezing. Im new to MT4 anyway from what I read I need to go the tools then options to open the meta editor and that portion of the tool bar wont allow me click on anything but the bottom part will.
My bar timer has a delay and counts down from 45,44,43 to 34 or 8,9,7 to 43 etc.
Please help I am very frustrated I just spent 50.00 and now this.
1. Install this indicator on an entirely new installed terminal and see if you run into the same issue.
2. Contact the author/seller of this indicator to ask for help and a fix if it's a bug in the product.
3. If nothing helps, contact the mql5 Service Desk.
