how can I change the lot volume from 0.01 to 0.03, 0.05, 0.1 ?

Volume is scaled depending on master balance and your balance. 

You have already assigned the maximum capital, so for having higher volume you need to have higher balance. 

Check with signal provider which is its volume/balance ratio.
