It's a order within messages section from start to end. Nothing done in freelance section. Would it have to go with freelance section rules?

There was a guy in the Russian forums that was bugging the admins about social media and messages post freelance projects , if i recall he was told that anything goes after the project is done in the chat . I'll try and find the thread .
