“My account?” You have many, phone, bank, mql5.com, and broker, etc. What account?

You can trade only your brokerage account. Only your broker and manage your brokerage account. Why haven't you asked them.

Don't use your trading account credentials to log on to the MQL5 Community account. They are two different things.
