What do you mean by "exchange account"? Do you mean a broker provided trading account?
You withdraw from your MQL5 Community account to your PayPal or Webmoney wallet. From there you transfer it to whichever service you wish, that offers PayPal or Webmoney transfers. It is a 2-step process!
