In MetaEditor I am selected to View-Languages-English and I am copying to English application.
I do not see any other reference to any "country's layout."
what do You do when in the MetaEditor You type comments in other than english language? change keyboard layout, type comments in your language then back to english. try to copy your comments before back to english.
You do not understand, I am using only English. I am in US and all my applications are US/English or Western/English based. I am not switching language for any reason. Everything is in default setting as I installed it.
