MT4 can not update data with time after upgrading from R178 to R180

I upgrade MT4 from R178 to R180 today and found there were not further updating data after the upgrading,the time&price were not changed any more.Then I download a new R180 and reinstalled in this morning,registered a new account ,but the fault was the same ,the time and price kept the same on Aug 19,05,22:59 without any updating with time change.Are there any one could help to tell me what's wrong and how to settle the problem?
