Is registering a company a necessacity?

1. I realize one should not use their personal bank account for business purposes.

2. On the other hand the amount of income from mql freelance is too small to make it worth registering a company.

3. Bank transfer withdrawal(My only working option) is minimum 3000usd which is a good amount to be filtered by banks as a transaction worth investigating.

Can I ask freelancers about their experience with personal bank account to receive their freelance income?

It is too much for me to register a company for such small monthly salary.
