MT4 app on android

Mt4 on my Samsung stopped displaying charts.  No error message just a static image of three candles in monochrome appear. Screenshot attached.  No indication that a chart is even trying to display.  Everything else in the app works fine.  App was updated, same result. Same if symbol is changed.  Any ideas appreciated.  Thank you.

We've fixed this issue in app version 1371. Please, wait until this version will become available for your device.
If the problem persists after update, try to reinstall the application, as you may have a corrupted chart’s database.

Yours is the only image that shows up in search engines that's similar to mine. Did you ever get a fix? There's no update available. Charts work fine on desktop. 

At least in yours the other buttons seem available - nothing on the chart window works for me. I may reinstall the app or clear all data and try again to see if that works.

Three years have passed, and the terminal has been heavily rewritten. This thread is not applicable to modern terminals. In your case, the grayed-out buttons most likely indicate a lack of connection to the server or missing symbols. Check the accounts screen and the terminal log.
 
I would like to report a bug in the latest MT4 Android version.

After the recent update, changes to drawing object coordinates are not saved. This affects Trend Lines, Horizontal Lines, Rectangles, and other drawing tools.

Steps:

1. Draw an object.
2. Open its properties.
3. Change coordinate or price values.
4. Tap "Done".

Result:
The object immediately reverts to its previous values and the changes are not saved.

Device: Android 13

The issue started only after the latest update. Reinstalling the app and clearing cache did not resolve it.

Can anyone confirm this issue?
 
Still reproducible on MT4 Android build 1473 (Samsung A16, Android 16)
 
The coordinates issue has been fixed, but the terminal version with the fix has not yet been released. An update is expected in the first half of this week.
