How to open settings window of EA programmatically MQL5

Hi there,

I am new to MQL5 and like to open the settings menu of an EA under certain conditions. After searching the web and here I have not found anything, propably chosing the wrong keywords.

You can't do that with regular mql.

Tried to simulate F7 key stroke. It works on Windows. Any suggestion how to make it platform independend.
