Terminal not opening trades

I experienced something very strange last week I have two Exness MT4 Terminal morning n my VPs one is opening trades and the other isn’t. 

Tried all I could no avail...trust I did the right thing...even the one that’s working was malfunctioning somehow...while I have Vantage Markets MT4 Terminal on the same VPs and it’s dining very fine. 

What could be the issue here and I got multiple accounts to stage this new week..need help ASAP 🙏



Besides, why’ doesn’t EX4 file work on MQL5 MetaTrader 4 ? Only EX5 does and they still call it’s MetaTrader 4 🤔🤔

I downloaded the supposed MetaTrader 4 here https://www.metatrader4.com/en/trading-platform

And this is what I see checking about

MT5 🤷‍♂️

You can download MT4 from the brokers' website (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers; use google to find).

Yes, I know that ... was sharing the issues I’m having with Exness MT4 Terminal If there’s  any possible way for solving it. 

But then, mql5 MT4 Terminal should be built to work with EX4.

Your image shows that you are running with the MT5 terminal. Remove it and run MT4.
