That seems to be the input of some MQL program you are using. You should ask the author of the program for an explanation.

It is not always a general concept, but I can guess that maybe it is for adjusting when using 3/5 digit accounts for Forex symbols, instead of 2/4 digit accounts (old MT4 accounts/brokers).
