historical data

hello, where can I find good ( payable or not) historical data to test my meta trader program.I would like to test it for 5 and 15 min chart for at least 1-2 years.
Is metatrader strategy tester 100%( could be trusted) or when I start live demo trading the results are diferent??!

I guess strategy tester can't work the same way as in the live trade (it applies to situation when you make decisions after every tick) beacuse historical data has only 4 values for each bar (in live trade you can have a lot of values for a bar). Although it shouldn't cause big diffrences in results I can imagine situation when sophisticated algorithm would be vulnarable to such a discreet difference. Summing up if your algorithm doesn't use current bid/ask - ST should give the same results as live trade
