On what criteria are decisions made to put an article on the first page?

Hi,

I would like to write an article. I would also like to understand on what criteria does the MQL team decide whether to place it on the first page or not. Is there a way to support the placement on the first page from my side?

I think - the criteria is the date of pubishing.

If you go to any section (the sections are on the left side of this article page https://www.mql5.com/en/articles )
so you can see something as "latest | best". The latest is sorting according to the date too, and the best is related to the views (how many views and may be - comments).
