Tick Charts

I know this question has already been addressed, but I just want to reiterate the importance of making tick charts organic in MT4. I'm guessing the problem is the design of the data feed and this is what makes the issue problematic; or it could be something else entirely. But knowing that volume in MT4 is the number of ticks, I think as soon as this issue can be addressed that it should be.

I like the work around to make semi-custom timeframe offline charts; perhaps there is a work around for volume(tick) charts that I am unaware of.
