1. This is the English forum so please only post in English. If you prefer you can use the Spanish forum instead.
2. If you did not make a backup copy of your files then you have lost them.
1. You can try verifying the "Recycle Bin" just in case, but I doubt they will be there.
   
2. You can also try recovery software to find and recover deleted files, but it will not be easy.
3. If you are using an SSD drive, then recovery software will most probably fail to find anything due to automatic trimming by the operating system.
