alert or notify when a pending order is placed with a lot size higher than XX.XX

Is there some kind of alert or notifying indicator for when a pending order is placed with a lot size higher/above than (for example) 1.00?

I don't want to restrict the maximum lot size, however i would like to be alerted when i place a pending order with a too big lot size accidentally.

I still need bigger lot size for example hedging, however i need to be alerted when placing them accidentally with my strategy.

Is there an indicator out there that does something like this?
