A simple Breakout EA

Hi

Does anyone have a breakout EA that can do the following:


-          Trade only at x bar after breakout. (x being 5 min time frame). Example; I look at the 08:00 bar, if the 08:05 bar closes above/below the 08:00´s high/low then it will trade in that direction

-          Specific SL and TP that can be changed

-         The pending trade will be canceled after x bars

-          Enable/disable trailing stop with x pips/points
