I don't think that there is any rule against it.

You can't publish the account that is subscribed to a signal as a signal yourself, that is certain.

Yeap, I not going to publish the account that is subscribed to a signal.

I am planning to plug in an EA to that account and use another account to copy, it won't pass through mql5, is it ok?

As I said, I don't think there is a rule against copying your signal trades to another account of yours.
