Bank withdrawal after paypal removal

I tried to withdraw via bank since paypal system is down and i have not yet received the money. How does one track this?

And also just to be sure, would one recieve it if the format is wrong, I mean instead of 0000 0000 0000 0000 you use this format 0000000000000000

Thank you for the reply. It is just virtual assistant in there, Service Desk.

 
That's the way it is. Tell the virtual assistant what you need and if it passes it's send to the Service Desk where a ticket will be opened.
