Can you access log files if your EA is hosted on a VPS

I have an EA that logs information (errors, trade data etc.) to log files in the form of .txt. 

If I move this to a VPS, do I still have access to these files? I can't see anything obvious saying this here: https://www.mql5.com/en/vps

If I can, can someone point me to some documentation on how to do this.

I did some more research and came across the below video. You can actually set up a free VPS and access it using RDP - who knew?!
