Indicator to return Total_Net_Lot_Size for a certain symbol? MT4

Hi everyone,


Can anyone help me sort it out. 


Say I have the following open orders (excluding pending orders)


for EURUSD

1) buy 0.02

2) buy 0.05

3) sell 0.03

Outcome should read "0.04 sell"
