How can I learn how to work the metaquotes software? Ie, manager, admin etc. I am trying but seems impossible to find anywhere to learn it

Did you not read the post you quoted? It clearly states that this is NOT the place for that. Follow the link provided.

If you are working for a broker then ask them for the documentation or the link for the broker's forum dedicated to the server software.
