The only thing to be a good trader is to develop few strategies and practice them. 

It is not mandatory that very strategy will always work perfectly as market conditions keep on changing always, thats why you have handful of strategies to trade in every condictions.

Learn not to trade when market not suitable as per your strategy.

Learn to tackle the negative trades.

ecources will teach you skill only, you have to develop your mind on your own and in that development losses will also be the part.
