i dont have lines on the chart to adjust open trades/positions (tp sl) how can i get the lines to adjust stoploss and profit?

If you mean after you've opened the trade, MT5 >> Trade Levels.

If you mean before you open a trade, this is not possible with standard Metatrader tools.
