I Allowed dll imports for an untrusted application.
Harry__: Hello mql5, as you may have seen by the title I installed a ex4 file which I can't trust and allowed dll imports, on tools- expert advisors. I uninstalled Mt4 with user data, do I have anything to worry about now? I've installed mt4 again after deletion... :)
We have no way of knowing what that EA does with the DLL calls. We can't see you computer nor read your mind.
Usually EA's that require DLL calls are for external communications or for licensing reasons. Some may be for fudging the back-tests and "scamming".
I have not seen any that were malware, but there may be some.
You will have to investigate it yourself and come to your own conclusion.
