MQL4 is no longer being developed for more than a decade now. I would suggest you invest in learning MQL5 instead.
The mql4 documentation is still hosted here MQL4 Reference. But as you've been told, its best to stick to MQL5 due to benefits you'll get from it being maintained and updated.
