You need to login into your MQL5 account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your thesnowman login and then go to the Terminal window >> Market tab >> Purchased to install afresh your purchases.
If you can't do that, check the Journal tab of your MT4 terminal for any 'authorization failed' messages and that you have remaining activations in your purchases: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/thesnowman/market
The indicators are there, they just won't load to the chart, any suggestions.

You need to delete them and install them again, also check the Journal tab for any messages about your MQL5 account.
this has always been a known issue. But it is just behavour of how the market licence(s) work. It is clearly described in both the agreements of the market AND many, many threads this is discussed over the just as many years. The moderators are quick to say that after every major update, that activations are automaticly added to accounts, however, this is not true.
I suggest that you contact service desk instead of just posting a comment here, since the moderators will not be able to help.If you have issue with it, like some of us do, then, simply do not buy anything from there. SIMPLE. But do not expect mq to change their licencing any time soon, as I like others have complained over the years, and so many more buyers continue to either not care, or whinge every now and then, and just dont buy anymore for a short time.
I'm only commenting, not complaining or begging for advice or help from anyone, least of all moderators.
