Why is no one pointing out you don't need to copy the total rates, if your intention is to compare the last value only?
Looking at your code, it is important to note that the value 0.1 is different from pair to pair, for Fiber (EurUsd) that is about a 1000 pips while for gold,silver, JPY pairs you get the point.Yes I do @Thank-god Avwerosuoghene Odukudu
Thanks for pointing it out I am currently focused on trading only stocks that have prices in the tens or less because of my account size. Thanks for the extra bit of code for my indicator. I'm really grateful.
BTW, your name sounds Nigerian. Could you be any chance be Nigerian? I noticed there weren't a lot of Nigerian programmers learning mql5
Yes as Keith has pointed out, you need to specify the symbol.
I don't usually use this approach, but I think as you are using a SymbolsTotal() loop, it looks like you need to get the symbol for each iteration of the loop and use that.
Here is an (incomplete) example to give you an idea.

I believe you are still new here, you would get to meet many with time, clicking on the profile name (on mobile devices) or profile pic (on desktop), would take you to the user profile where you can confirm the persons location.
