How to remove box from charts

I have a box with some info on the top right of all my charts. Does someone know how to remove it. Please see the attached image. Thanks, Bruce

It seems to be an EA or Indicator running on the chart, probably saved to the "default" template.

Close all the charts, leaving only one, and on it remove all Indicators and Experts, and then save it to the "Default" template.

You can then reopen charts and it should not appear again.
