OrderSend error 134 in Strategy Tester whereas it is with enough money and small lots

I have an issue with the error 134 for OrderSend.

I set enough Initial Deposit Money and small amount of Lots.

But the error 134 appears.

Can you explain this? 

OrderSend(Symbol(), OP_BUY, 0.1, Ask, 3, stoploss, takeprofit, "", MAGIC_NUMBER, 0, Blue);
