It has been 1 month ,but a decision of  arbitration needs to be done ..how do we conclude fast ?  my developer did not complete the job ,any  help?

Try to use the self-arbitration panel to speed things up if you can resolve things between parties. If both of you can agree on which action to follow, then select one of the options and have the other party confirm.

developer opened  arbitration .. so that  I cant  Give Service Desk a try
