By the way, why do you need 2 ms ping?
As far as I know - there is not possibility to High Frequency Trading in signal service. Besides, the time to execute the order/trade for broker with MT4 is ~50 ms (and it is very good ping).

MQL VPS is very close to my account server. Ping is about 2 ms according to the VPS document.
When I use this account subcribing to a signal. Is VPS close to signal server?
