Re-code the EA so that it uses a valid price when it attempts to open orders.
What do you mean by valid price?
Does it mean EA is trying to execute a position at price different from current price?
Or is it due to spread?

The EA obviously does not use a valid price when it attempts to open orders.
Your developer is incompetent.
