I don't think that is a valid Russian word. Not even a simple Google search returns anything at all. Running it on Google translate also fails.

It is nothing ... it is not a word (it is abracadabra).
It looks like a random set of letters from some two unknown words ..

It is impossible to find using this "word".
Because ... you can see -

ктурныйвыбро = ктурный выбро (two works, and those two words are corrupted).

  • ктурный may be culture, or agriculture, or acupuncture, or any other.
  • выбро may be emission, or release, or any other.

And ктурныйвыбро = ктурный выбро = lture ease
It is abracadabra ... no meaning ...
Need super computer to calculate all the variations of the letters which should be inside those two words ...
