How to make MT4 can be used as it was when it was newly installed. What files need to be removed so as not to overload MT4

No files need to be deleted. Just close all but one chart, remove all indicators and EA off that chart.

As an extra precaution, I would also clear or delete the "default.tpl" profile, so that it does not load any objects, indicators or EAs on new charts.
