So I made an offer to cancel the order and I am waiting and waiting ... and waiting for the developer to respond ... Stalemate
Arbitration doesn't seem to be interested ... What am I supposed to do ?
Arbitration takes time, I have read of some waiting for months. It would be quicker working through what the initial cause of the arbitration was. In your case, why is the developer not responding etc, mind you demonstration doesn't necessary mean a working demo, it could be that picture, .gif etc
