A simple Text Note on chart indicator

Hello all.

I would like a simple text note that I can put on a chart and decide where on the chart it will be and stay there (like upper center).

I have such indicator for MT4, but no way I can find anything for MT5. All search results keep taking me back to how to code it, and I don't know how to code.

Can anyone tell me of such indicator? I would be super grateful.

Attached is the one I am using now on MT4.
