Help me put distance (space) between three indicators and keep shift at 0

I have 3 simple MA indicators and i want to have visible distance between those indicators as they appear when they have PERIOD 5 SHIFT 1 / PERIOD 10 SHIFT 2 / PERIOD 15 SHIFT 3

They now need to have SHIFT 0. Can someone help me find solution for this problem?

There is no solution. MAs indicate a price. They always cross when the market reverses direction. What you want is meaningless, and impossible
