Hello.

I have requested arbitrage and i get the following text in my chat :

Provide your reason for applying to arbitration to start considering the case:

  1. Point from the Technical Specifications
  2. Screenshot (How to insert an image and a source code correctly)
  3. Easy and intuitive text description
  4. If there were discussions outside of the service, make sure to attach them

There may be 3 different results of hearing the case:

  1. The job is canceled and returned to New. The Customer receives the blocked funds back minus 5% of commission. Only the Customer can leave feedback.
  2. The job is forcibly terminated. The blocked funds are transferred from the Customer's account to the Developer's one minus 5% of commission. Only the Developer can leave feedback.
  3. Both sides are found guilty in the case. The job is returned to New, the Customer receives back 50% of the blocked funds, while the Developer receives 45% and the commission is 5%. Both sides can leave feedback.


My question here is, where do i supply the info they need?

I cant see any button.

I do that in the chat, as a new comment?
