Could you tell me how do I get more historical data with metatrader 4 strategy testing?

Because when it downloads historical charts it only goes back 3 months.

do a Google search for 'Tickstory', that is a free program which will allow you to download data from 2007 in all time frames for most pairs. The data is from DukasCopy... fairly reliable data.

So how do I backtest 1 year of eurusd history with metatrader 5 ?

because it does not allow you to import csv files.
