Panini(fromwikipedia) -

Panini (more correctly, panino) is the Italian equivalent of the dish better known in Russia as a hot sandwich. Literally from the Italian language, panini translates as "small bun".

The difference from a traditional sandwich is that panini must be bread closed on both sides, and from a traditional English sandwich, panini must use ciabatta, an Italian white bread made from wheat flour and yeast
