The tape in the window HYDR.MM is present, but when trying to save the history of 100000 ticks, there are no ticks for the current day in it. The situation is corrected at 11.00 and is observed not on all, but only on some securities. The real time feed is critical for us, so we are not satisfied with the current situation. Also, as just found out, when there is a lot of movement, the server can just 'hang'. All the access points are hung up. The broker is the same as yours.

I was confused by the bolded phrase. Especially as the format of obtaining data from the glass is not the same at all. What you've shown is more like a request using CopyTicks... functions. But again, there's no data on how you did it. What you wanted to get is unknown.
