It is one degree of freedom. Personally, I would allow anything but profanity and advertising to be written and posted. The internet is one of the few media that can be as free as possible.

Personally, I think a chart with a hat (while we're on the subject) is just a demonstration of good manners. Just like writing without mistakes.

Learning to write without mistakes is a lot harder than learning to post a hat to a graphic, so the analogy doesn't work

Not with mistakes, but I'd delete messages like "me and the guys here have been targaning our ardiers shut up like they should".

Learning is difficult, but writing is simple, if you want to. You open Word, copy text, etc.
