Help with error "EX4 file must be compiled using #property strict directive"

Error when tryingh to upload my EA for sale :

"EX4 file must be compiled using #property strict directive."

...but it IS complied that way -- how do I upload it please?

Are you sure you're compiling with the Compile button?

The debugger button will create an EX4 file, but it's not properly compiled.

You must use the Compile button.

Sorry if this sounds condescending, but it's an actual issue.
